Join Janet Bradley & Amy Howse and they collaborate and bring a unique fusion of talents to celebrate the turning of the season with Equinox Elevation.
As yoga meets sound, a dynamic yoga and sound bath experience that will take you from lift-off to deep release.
We’ll begin with an energising Rocket Yoga flow, synced to the pulse of a 4-beat track to ignite your body and elevate your spirit.
As the sun sets, we’ll soften into grounding Yin shapes, melting tension and opening space within. The journey ends with a deeply immersive soundbath and guided Yoga Nidra, inviting you into stillness, clarity, and renewal.
A music-infused celebration of movement, rhythm, and rest — honour the shift of thr seasons with flow, frequency, and pure presence.
