Summer Sculpt
I have been doing Janet’s three week summer sculpt programme. It’s just 30 minutes each day concentrating on a different body part. I’ve really enjoyed the course and found the exercises easy to follow. Janet made the exercises interesting, challenging and motivating and they could be adapted to suit your own needs. Also, l couldn’t believe how quickly the time went, l’m looking forward to the next stage.
