This bootcamp-style class blends dynamic drills and targeted strength training to build a powerful core, strong shoulders, and upper-body awareness — the essential foundations for handstands, arm balances, and all things upside-down! Expect sweaty circuits, stamina-boosting challenges, and technique-focused exercises designed to elevate your inversion skills and unlock your confidence to fly. Whether you’re working toward your first kick-up or refining your balance and control, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more capable, and ready to soar. We will work together and assist in partners for some drills and fly solo on others - as a team we are stronger united!
